We love weddings of all sizes at the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast!
Elopement ceremonies in Virginia Wine Country are the best! We have helped host and orchestrate twenty different weddings here at the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast in our short span of 3 years. Every one of the weddings have been memorable and special in their own way! Although we have conducted wedding weekends here for up to 100 guests, we also offer two different packages geared more for smaller gatherings. We’d also be happy to create a custom package “just for you”!
Our “Elopement Package” for up to 20 guests.
Elegant wedding ceremony for up to 20 family and friends: ceremony in our vineyard gazebo, sprawling front lawn, or spot of your choice on our 14 acres. Bathroom facilities available in Orchard House foyer. Multiple photo backgrounds, photos taken by us with your camera, or photographer of your choice. Seating provided in aisle formation for up to 20 guests. Wedding Officiant, if needed, for additional fee. Complimentary bottle of our own Orchard House vineyard wine for the newlyweds. Weather permitting, reception can be conducted outside or in our newly renovated barn. Additional chairs and tables are available for the reception.
Package price includes a room, based upon availability, for the bride and groom. Additional rooms may be available for guests, seasonal rates apply.
Two hour total timeframe on the property for nonregistered guests. $1,000 January-August and December. $1,500 September-November. This package is for Sunday-Thursday only. Weekends require a two-night minimum stay and would be priced accordingly.
Our “Just the Two of Us” Elopement Package:
Includes one weeknight stay (room choice based upon availability), ceremony conducted in our vineyard gazebo or another choice on our 14 acres. Includes wedding officiant (Deb has her officiant’s license and loves being part of such a treasured event!), private breakfast served with mimosas the next morning, and a complimentary bottle of our Orchard House wine.
$800 January-August and December, $1,295.00 September-November.
