The Orchard House Bed and Breakfast offers guests the best of both worlds: a historic B&B with charming accommodations in the country amidst the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, yet conveniently located near the attractions and dining available in Charlottesville, VA.
Our main house features six bedrooms, each with private baths, an entry room with powder room, a common gathering room with a 55” flat-screen TV, checkers/chess table, a large dining room area for our breakfast service and an entry door to our pool area. Our Dining Room offers a 24/7 Coffee Bar with Keurig and Nespresso options. Our main house has an expansive front porch that overlooks the sprawling front yard, our vineyard, our firepit area, the tasting room, our pond, and “our” mountains. It’s the perfect place to start your day with a cup of locally brewed Trager Brothers coffee, or end your day with a glass of delicious Orchard House Inn wine.

All six of our rooms are uniquely decorated, and include pillow-top beds with luxurious sheets, cozy blankets, and beautiful bedding. Each room has a private, room-accessible bath, as well as a seating area. Included in the room rate: our homemade breakfast, plated and served hot each morning of your stay. Our guests also have access to our 14 acre property: our inground salt-water swimming pool (open seasonally dawn-to-dusk), our new gas fire-pit overlooking the mountains, our pond-side gazebo, our working vineyard, and our plethora of private seating areas. Farmhouse guests also have access to a full-size kitchen with a keurig station. Main house guests are encouraged to use a separate full-size refridgerator, microwave, keurig station, and filtered water station.
