Lodging Policies
Check-in
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm on day of arrival. Please let us know your ETA so that we can do our best to greet you upon arrival and give you a tour of our wonderful, historic home.
Early check-in by noon can be arranged for a $50 fee.
Check-out
Check-out is at 11:00 am
Children and Room Occupancy
While we truly love children and animals, our accommodations are best suited for guests 12 and older. Due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Some guest rooms may be able to accommodate an additional person for an additional per-night fee. Please contact us for more information
To ensure a peaceful and private experience for everyone, we kindly reserve both the Farmhouse and Orchard House exclusively for registered guests only. We appreciate your understanding and help in maintaining the comfort and serenity of the property.
Pets
For the enjoyment and comfort of all guests, we do not allow pets.
Deposits and Cancellations
Best Rate Available Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, we will gladly refund your deposit as long as you provide at least 14 days’ notice. Please note there is a $25 processing fee per room.
Rest Easy Cancellation Policy:
Giving you added peace of mind, with our Rest Easy Rate, you can cancel up to 72 hours before your arrival and receive a refund of your deposit, minus a 10% processing fee.

POOL
Our salt-water swimming pool is available seasonally from dawn to dusk. We provide pool towels and plastic glasses for your poolside beverages. There is no lifeguard.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Are available by phone or on-line. Upon payment, we will email the certificate to your recipient, or directly to you.
Smoking and Firearms
All guest rooms and public areas of our property are non-smoking. Firearms are not permitted on the grounds.
Enjoy Our Large Property
Relax in the comfy adirondack chairs gazing up at the endless skies, take a dip in the pool, stroll through our one-acre vineyard, relax in the gazebo, listen to the frogs chirping from the pond, watch for the beautiful birds that flit from one birdfeeder to the next, or rock on the sprawling front porch while soaking up our amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
