Visitors are drawn to Veritas Winery for the way it combines polished hospitality with a strong sense of intention behind every experience. The tasting options are thoughtfully designed, ranging from classic flights to more immersive seated experiences that highlight the winery’s philosophy and seasonal releases. Guests also appreciate the setting itself, with sweeping vineyard views (even more beautiful dusted in snow), refined interiors, and on-site farm-to-table dining.

Veritas Winery, like many of the wineries on the Monticello Trail, embodies great pride in its craft and in being a part of Virginia wine country. Wine tastings here are informative with a warm atmosphere that prioritizes quality and ensures a memorable experience for every visitor. Owners and husband-and-wife team Andrew and Patricia purchased Saddleback Farm in 1999, planted their first vines, and were ready to produce their first vintage by 2001. During your wine tasting here, you’ll learn more about the history and even meet the family at this locally-owned and operated stop.
