The Magnolia is a spacious king room tucked inside The Farmhouse, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. You’ll have your own private bathroom, a cozy sitting area, a TV for winding down, and plenty of room to make yourself at home.

In the morning, sip your coffee while taking in gorgeous views of the vineyard, the barn, and the Blue Ridge Mountains—it’s the kind of peaceful start that sets the tone for the whole day.

You’ll also have access to the shared fully stocked kitchen and the inviting shared family room inside The Farmhouse. Plus, all guests enjoy full use of the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast’s indoor common areas and outdoor amenities including a pool, fire pit, and more.

Continental breakfast is included and will be delivered to your door between 8 am – 8:30 am. Please note this offering differs from the main B&B service.
