It's All About Me!! Scrapbooker's Get-A-Way Weekend for 5 to 10 Rates from $120 per person based on double occupancy - based on 10 people. ** -Large cropping room with six 6-foot tables and chairs -Full breakfast Saturday & Sunday mornings -Common areas for gathering and relaxation -Enjoy our spacious grounds, porch with rockers and swing, Pool(in season) and hot tub to relax those achy scrapbooking muscles -Friday check-in at 3pm and check-out Sunday at noon -(Optional: Dinners Friday and Saturday evening with a Brunch on Saturday)

"Two to Crop" Scrapbooker's Get-A-Way Weekend for Mother/Daughter, Sisters, Friends $15 pp Add-on, $25 pp with a Subway lunch delivered, double occupancy**) ...bring someone you enjoy scrapbooking with and have use of our newest scrapbook crop room. Located on the second floor near your room, you'll have access to your own private area 24 hours a day to get all that scrapbooking done. Two 6-foot tables, more than adequate lighting and comfortable surroundings for just the two of you. Breakfast, snacks, complimentary soft drinks, use of hot tub and in-season pool are included. Share the Winesap Room for two weekend nights with the crop package for as little as $120 per person. Private rooms available at higher rate.

Wednesday Elopement Package (*Other Packages also available)

In Partnership with Frankee Love of Blueridgeweddings, the Orchard House B&B offers a two night stay in the room of your choice.  Following a quiet getaway for the bride and groom who prefer a private wedding in a beautiful Blue Ridge Mountian setting, the couple will return to the Orchard House as husband and wife with photos to preserve their memories. The Wednesday Weddings, Orchard House package includes:

Your wedding ceremony performed just a few miles from the Orchard House B&B in the Blue Ridge Wedding Gazebo with mountain views.  In the case of bad weather, your wedding will be held in the Sunrise room, a beautiful indoor wedding site.  Suitable for the bride and groom only.

Fee included for Wedding Officiant or Justice of the Peace. High resolution digital photos of the two of you at the wedding site and in various mountian and country scenes on the Blue Ridge Wedding property.  You will have a CD with all photos taken, 35-55 photos before you leave the wedding site. All legal documents filed with the Virginia courts

Your two nights' lodging in the nearby Orchard House Bed and Breakfast includes breakfast daily.

Custom Packages

We realize that not everyone has the same package needs, so if you don't see what you like, let us put together your very own custom package. You tell us what you would like and we will do the footwork. Here are some of the many options:

Bike Stay - Motorcyclist Groups Welcome.

  **We are a HOG friendly B&B** 

As members of the US Bike Stay program we provide many amenities that will help our bike friends enjoy a safe and rewarding experience traveling through Nelson County. Besides the beauty of our inn and grounds we can provide such services as safe bike parking, power washing, pack storage, laundry service and great memories. Call for more info.

* Please contact the innkeeper prior to arrival to order your wine selections from the wines available. Proper photo identification will be required at check in. Please do not drink and drive.

** Rates for packages are based on standard rates. Higher rates apply during peak season.

Serving of Alcoholic Beverages:  The management of the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast take drinking and driving as a serious responsibility and request that all guests do the same.  We will require all room occupants to provide proper identification at time of check-in when alcohol is provided as part of a package or event.  In accordance with Virginia state law, alcoholic beverages provided by the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast must be consumed on the property.  The management of the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast may at anytime at our discretion refuse to serve anyone alcohol.
