simple, we are not intrested in marking up our packages to make a few unjustified dollars.
We make our money by booking rooms. Relax and enjoy a great bottle of local
Virginia Wine, with great cheese, crackers, and fruit.

In Partnership with Frankee Love of Blue
Ridge Weddings, the Orchard House B&B offers a two night stay in the room of your
choice. Following a quiet getaway for the bride and groom who prefer a private
wedding in a beautiful Blue Ridge Mountian setting, the couple will return to the
Orchard House as husband and wife with photos to preserve their memories.

We realize that not everyone has
the same needs, so if you don't see what you like, let us put together your very
own custom package. You tell us what you would like and we will do the footwork. Here
are some of the many options:

Serving
of Alcoholic Beverages: The
management of the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast takes drinking and driving as a
serious responsibility and request that all guests do the same. We
will require all room occupants to provide proper identification at time of check-in
when alcohol is provided as part of a package or event. In
accordance with
Virginia
state
law, alcoholic beverages provided by the Orchard House Bed and Breakfast must be consumed
on the property. The management of the
Orchard House Bed and Breakfast may at anytime at our discretion refuse to serve anyone
alcohol.
